We understand that all parents want their children to achieve their potential and don’t like seeing them struggle. We also understand that many parents do not feel equipped to help their child in areas of weakness. Sometimes all it takes is a little one-to-one guidance and support from an experienced professional with enthusiasm and knowledge in the subject. As a teacher with over thirty years’ experience, I have many tried and tested resources and methods to help your child. I will make the learning fun and interactive. I also have the latest technology such that distance is not an obstacle. Utilising technologies such as Microsoft Sharepoint for Education, OneNote Classbook, Moodle and Web conferencing facilities I am able to present, mark and give instant feedback on work that is shared with the student. I can monitor and respond to their learning needs based on their work completed, and tailor subsequent learning to focus on areas of weakness by selecting appropriate questions, videos or teaching materials to use with them. I am able to offer coaching in KS1 and KS2 Science and KS1 to KS4 Maths and can work securely online to support your child in a weak topic or a complete level of work.

Costs Private online tuition is available at the following prices: KS1 and KS2 £20 per hour KS3 and KS4 £25 per hour Families who purchase 36 hours of tuition annually qualify for the loan of a laptop computer.
